This is the official website for Meadow Creek Homeowners, residing in the Meadow Creek Community in Dracut, MA. A Facebook page also exists for neighbor conversations and may not contain official information as it is only accessible to Facebook users. The Visitor section is available to the general public and contains important information for prospective home-buyers. The members section is for current residents and contains detailed news about Trustee meetings and issues affecting residents such as finances and fees.
If you would like to be added to the Residents group, please choose the “Login” option. At the bottom of the page is a link to create your account. There is also an option in case you forget your password.
You have the ability to modify your profile to change/add an email address.
NOTE: Registering for the website will act to opt-in for electronic receipt of information from the Trustees. These occasional email messages will announce meetings, elections, and general items. Using electronic messaging saves the Trust approximately $200 per message compared to paper messaging. Additionally, registered email addresses will be used to send out memos to residents and the annual billing statements for common expense fees.
After your account is set up by you, the web admin (Tom Mattox) is notified and will activate your account and generate your initial password. You’ll be emailed when the account is activated. You may then change your own password.
